Hey Everyone!

My name is James, and I'll be one of your Head Peer Leadership Mentors for this upcoming semester.  I intend on being pretty active in posting on this blog, and I hope that you find it to be useful-- that's what it's here for!

On the right, we've assembled three things:----->

1. Feeds showing GW's most prominent student blogs.

2. Links to pretty much every GW site you'll need access to during your tenure at GW.

3. Links to the websites of GW's most active student organizations.

I know that when I was waiting to leave for GW, I wanted to read anything I could get my hands on that had to do with GW.  Hopefully, this will help.

Hey Everyone!

If you're reading this, chances are a couple of things are true:

1. In what is really only a couple weeks, you'll be packing up and shipping off to the great city of Washington for an experience that will shape the rest of your life.

2. For the first eight weeks of your college experience, you will be participating in the Emerging Leaders Program, a dynamic introduction to college with the goals of acquainting you to GW and DC, introducing you to a whole lot of cool people, and, most of all, making you a better leader in the process.

3.  You are excited about what's ahead.

This blog will serve as a great tool for us, the program's staff, and you, the newest members of the GW community, to interface before school starts in the fall.  As well as letting us inform you about what's going on with the program, we'll also be posting a lot of cool stuff about GW and DC, and we hope you'll check it out from time to time.
